Experience in movie and TV series subtitling (30 projects for movies and TV series released on DVD).
I have also participated in the translation of the procedures manual of a multinational auditing firm, for which I have worked as a financial auditor (see below).

1988-1999 – Financial auditor in a leading international company of the auditing/consulting business.
2000-2001 – Financial manager in a heavy machinery manufacturing company.
2002-2005 – Financial auditor/consultant, working for a Portuguese firm.
Throughout the period 1988-1999, although not working as a translator, I have made wide use of English reading, writing and speaking, both professionally and personally. |
